Benefits of Peer Mentoring
The peer mentoring experience is very rewarding! CRLA certification and resume worthy recognition are an additional bonus to the whole experience! Throughout the academic year, peer mentors develop leadership, social, and professional skills (CRLA Certification) vital to their undergraduate success and life after college. They serve as the AAP's agents of accountability for all our participating first year mentees in the areas of academics and college transition.
